Our Team

  Matt Rosemond is a Principal and the majority owner of Apogee Construction LLC. Mr. Rosemond was awarded a M.S. in Construction Management from Purdue University and a B.S. in Industry and Technology Construction Management from Ball State University. He brings over 30 years of construction experience to Apogee Construction. In that time, he has worked in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. As a Project Manager he has led the delivery of many successful projects across the United States. Mr. Rosemond manages the construction operations and leads the project management team to guarantee that projects are completed with industry leading quality. Mr. Rosemond founded the company in 2017. 

Brandon Howell is a Principal for Apogee Construction LLC.  Mr. Howell graduated from Ball State University in 2012 with a B.S. in Accounting.  He brings 5 years’ of experience in construction accounting and operations management.  Acting as the liaison between construction and accounting, he has implemented various construction software programs.  Mr. Howell is in charge of the financial operations at Apogee Construction.  This includes making sure all financial aspects of the company are in place and the project teams have accurate data to lead successful projects.
