Apogee's responsibilities encompass coordinating the project, ensuring seamless collaboration between the design team and general contractor. Additionally, Apogee will conduct thorough and regular inspections throughout the design and construction processes, guaranteeing adherence to project specifications and quality standards. To further enhance project management capabilities, owners have the option of utilizing Apogee Construction staff to fill key roles within the project management team. This includes the Project Manager, responsible for overall project oversight; the Project Engineer, managing technical aspects; the Controller, handling financial management; and Coordinators, ensuring efficient communication and task execution. By choosing the CMAA service, owners gain access to tailored pricing structures that align with their unique project needs, ensuring cost-effective and efficient project delivery. 

 Under the CMc method, the roles and responsibilities of both the contractor and the construction manager are consolidated and assigned to Apogee Construction. As the CMc, our company assumes control over the project's construction activities by directly contracting with subcontractors. This allows us to develop a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), providing our clients with a clear and transparent understanding of the project's overall cost. By combining the contractor and construction manager functions, the CMc approach streamlines the project delivery process, fostering collaboration and efficient decision-making.
